New Sales Partner - US & Canada

Please complete the required steps below:
- Create a "New Customer" account on our website.
- Let our Sales Department know which email address you have signed-up with.
- (All U.S. states) Send us a completed WA State Resale Form declaring the items are for wholesale.
After review, we may require a copy of your local resale or business license certificate.
Ordering & Shipping
After account setup, orders can be placed directly on the Koolance website, or by email or fax to your Koolance sales representative. Depending on inventory, shipping schedule, and payment, you may expect items to ship in approximately 1-3 business days.
Payment
Accepted forms of payment include: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), or TT (telegraphic transfer). Net terms may also be available if submitting the Credit Application (PDF), subject to prior approval.
Pricing
If approved, your company will receive confirmation by email with price and purchasing instructions. There is no obligation to buy after receiving an online account and partner pricing.
Technical Support & Warranty
Koolance provides direct technical support and warranty service to end-users within the warranty period. Sales Partners may also process an RMA with Koolance on behalf of its customers. The original proof of purchase is required for warranty service. Please see Koolance's Warranty Policy for further details.
