  1. If you haven't already done so, create a customer account on our website and let us know which email address you have signed-up with.
  2. Send us a copy of your local resale or business license certificate.
  3. Let us know your company's website address for customers.
  4. (Washington State only) Send us a copy of your WA State reseller permit.
  5. (All other U.S. States) Send us a completed Streamlined or Multijurisdictional tax form. (Which do I need?)

Minimum Purchase Amount

There is a minimum volume requirement of $3,000 USD per month to receive a sales partner discount.

Ordering & Shipping

After account setup, orders can be placed directly on the Koolance website, or by email or fax to your Koolance sales representative. Depending on inventory, shipping schedule, and payment, you may expect items to ship in approximately 1-3 business days.

Payment

Accepted forms of payment include: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), or TT (telegraphic transfer). Net terms may also be available if submitting the Credit Application (PDF), subject to prior approval.

Pricing

If approved, your company will receive confirmation by email with price and purchasing instructions.

Technical Support & Warranty

Koolance provides direct technical support and warranty service to end-users within the warranty period. Sales Partners may also process an RMA with Koolance on behalf of its customers. The original proof of purchase is required for warranty service. Please see Koolance's Warranty Policy for further details.
